When you request a quote, we collect your name, Saudi mobile number, selected service, quantity or area, item type, Riyadh district, preferred date if provided, notes and optional email. Please do not include identity documents, financial information or unrelated personal details.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand and respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange an agreed service. The contact permission in the form relates to this request; it is not a marketing subscription.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. When email notifications are enabled, the configured email delivery provider processes request details. These providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Contact us if you need more information about how your request is handled.
WhatsApp, email and maps
Contact and map links open the relevant third-party service only when you choose them. WhatsApp messages are prepared for you to review and send. Those services handle information under their own policies. Do not send photos showing people or private documents unless needed and appropriate.
Retention and your requests
We retain enquiry information only for the service, business and applicable legal needs associated with it. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Provide your request reference so we can identify the record safely.
Essential functionality
The site does not require a customer account or use advertising trackers. Fonts and work media are served with the website. Hosting may use essential access or security cookies. Anti-abuse checks use a daily hash of a network address rather than storing the address in enquiry records.
